HORACE, N.D. – A 16-year-old boy injured in a rollover crash Monday evening in Horace was later charged with disorderly conduct for being disruptive at a local hospital, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Department. The crash occurred shortly before 6:30 p.m. Monday. The teen was driving a Chevrolet pickup truck that rolled over in the 500 block of Southwood Drive, just east of the Sheyenne River, the department said.

Fargo oolice say there is a power outage in north Fargo. Police say the outage is from 19th Avenue North to 25th Avenue North and Broadway to University Drive. Up to 1,100 people are in the outage.
BISMARCK - The elderly West Fargo landlord convicted of running over his former tenant with a Hummer is asking the North Dakota State Supreme Court to throw his conviction out. In a motion filed Wednesday in Cass County District Court, Alois Vetter, 76, asked the court to vacate his conviction on aggravated assault and reckless endangerment charges, and to dismiss the charges against him.

DENT, Minn. – A rollover crash that happened early Sunday west of Dent left two people with injuries that were not life-threatening, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Sergio Garcia, 25, of Pelican Rapids was driving west in a 1999 BMW on Highway 108 when the car went off the road about 4:15 a.m. in Otter Tail County, the patrol said. The car rolled and knocked down a utility pole. Garcia and his passenger, Christopher Ek, 25, of Fargo, were taken to Perham Memorial Hospital, the patrol said.
WAUBUN, Minn. – Two motorists were hurt over the weekend in a rollover crash east of Waubun in Mahnomen County, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Tyler Tibbetts, 22, of Naytahwaush was driving a pickup truck east on Highway 113 when the crash happened about 2:45 p.m. Sunday. The truck left the road and rolled in a ditch, ejecting Tibbetts, the patrol said.
