FARGO – A 36-year-old woman is charged with murdering her newborn baby by drowning him in a bathtub at a south Fargo home, according to Cass County District Court documents filed Tuesday, June 26.

BISMARCK -- North Dakota Highway Patrol on Saturday, June 23, released the names of one woman who died and two other juveniles injured in a three-vehicle crash in far south-central North Dakota on Thursday, June 21. Rachel Miller, 64, died when a car driver by 14-year-old Jamison William Mindt crashed with two other vehicles on Highway 6 south of St. Anthony, N.D., the patrol said in a news release. Mindt and another 14-year-old passenger, Owen James Erhartdt, were injured in the crash and taken to a Bismarck hospital.
