TULSA, Oklahoma — North Dakota State managed just a few runs on 11 hits and lost to Oral Roberts 5-3 on Saturday.

The Bison's Peter Brookshaw was 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in the sixth inning as NDSU closed the gap to 3-2. But the Golden Knights responded with two runs in the bottom of the inning.

NDSU's Caleb Schwabe was 3-for-4 with an RBI, and Bennett Hostetler and Tucker Rohde both had two hits. Oral Roberts' AJ Archambo shut down the Bison in the final two innings, allowing just a walk while striking out four to get the save.

The Bison are 4-3 in the Summit League and 15-6 overall. After winning eight straight, they have lost three of four. NDSU and the Golden Eagles wrap up a four-game series at 1 p.m. Sunday.
