FARGO — North Dakota State senior offensive lineman Zack Johnson is slated to participate in the upcoming NFLPA Collegiate Bowl, according to the NDSU football official Twitter account.
The game is scheduled for 6 p.m. (CST) at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, Calif., and is set to be televised on the NFL Network. The NFLPA Collegiate Bowl is a postseason all-star game for NFL Draft eligible college players. Johnson is on the "American Team" roster, which also includes South Dakota State linebacker Christian Rozeboom.
The 6-foot-6, 315-pound Johnson started all 16 games for the Bison at right guard this past season, helping NDSU win a third consecutive NCAA Division I FCS national title. Johnson played in 54 games during his Bison career.
Johnson played on an offensive line that helped pave the way for a running game that averaged 287.6 yards per game this past season. The Bison also averaged 37.2 points per game.
