FARGO — Former North Dakota State defensive lineman Derrek Tuszka was invited to the NFL Combine in Indianapolis at the end of this month, according to a tweet from Landow Performance, where Tuszka has trained since the Division I FCS national title game.

Landow, based in Centennial, Colo., has a laundry list of NFL clients. Tuszka, along with former Bison tight end Ben Ellefson, played in the East-West Shrine game last month in St. Petersburg, Fla., just one week after helping lead NDSU to its eighth FCS title in nine years.

The 6-foot-5, 246-pound Tuszka, from Warner, S.D., led the Bison with 19 tackles for lost yardage and 13.5 quarterback sacks. He had seven quarterback hurries and five pass breakups.
