FARGO-TrinSpin, a business that has operated out of the home of its founder, Trinity Schaff, for the past several years, is buildings its own home at 5625 51st Ave. S..

"We do anything and everything that's low voltage," Schaff said.

For homes, that includes things like home theaters, audio/video systems and security systems.

On the commercial and industrial side, services include things like voice/data cabling, video conferencing and paging systems, according to Schaff.

The new building, which will have a fully interactive showroom, is expected to be operational by October or November, Schaff said. He said that in addition to himself the business employs three other technicians.
