4 Luv of Dog Rescue, Fargo, won the Animal Rescue Site/Petfinder.com Holiday Shelter Challenge and was awarded a $1,000 grant for receiving the highest number of votes in the state of North Dakota.
This is the sixth time the group has won the challenge for North Dakota.
