What makes what you do special to customers?

“We offer an honest and professional level of dog care in a custom-built, state-of-the-art facility with the largest outdoor space for dogs in the entire FM area,” said Jack Lelwica, one of the owners of Fetchers. “We also accept all breeds and ages of dogs including puppies. We provide many dog-related services which allows us to be a one-stop shop for anything dog related from overnight long- and short-term boarding, daily daycare, training, full-service grooming spa, in-ground fence installation and nutritional support. We define customer service as the ability to understand the dog and their owners needs and then provide a professional level or service to those needs with honest feedback after the service has been performed.”

“The dogs love the space they have to run and romp and their owners really have appreciated the professional way we handle the dogs,” Lelwica said. “In addition, we are honest with dog owners about how their dog did that day at Fetchers, even if it didn't go so great. We provide that honest feedback and help owners through these problems. With the owner advising as a professional dog trainer or the general manager advising as a licensed vet tech, whether its a behavioral struggle or a medical issue, owners feel good knowing we are here to help.”
