FARGO – The 21st annual Fall Parade of Homes kicks off Saturday, Sept. 19, and will continue Sept. 20, 26 and 27.
This year’s parade, courtesy of The Home Builder’s Association of Fargo-Moorhead, will feature 35 new homes by 21 builders across five communities. Homes range in price from $219,900 to $715,000. Homes will be open for viewing from noon to 5 p.m. over the two September weekends.
“Safety protocols are in place including the use of face masks, disposable shoe coverings, social distancing, disinfecting of surfaces and personal responsibility to stay home if ill,” according to press notes.
Those uncomfortable seeing homes during Parade hours are invited to use the event magazine, currently available at all area Hornbacher’s stores, and www.paradefm.com. Magazines include homes ordered by price with at-a-glance highlights, a removable map, and home indexes sorted by location, builder and category.
The event showcases a variety of homes for those “55-plus, first-time buyers, and people needing more space or wanting to downsize,” according to press notes. The homes are located in Fargo, Horace, Moorhead, Oxbow, and West Fargo.
Admission is free. Register to attend the event at www.paradefm.com and print out a ticket with a QR code or have it available on mobile devices.
