Several events and deals are planned for shoppers who visit downtown Fargo on Plaid Friday and Small Business Saturday, Nov. 23-24.
More commonly referred to as Black Friday, downtown Fargo will celebrate "Plaid Friday" Nov. 23rd. Numerous businesses plan to offer special promotions and deals to those who don their Tartan, Tattersall, Windowpane, Madras or Ginham while they shop downtown.
