Dakota Medical Foundation, $25,000, Red River Valley flood relief; Big Brother/Big Sister, $5,000, general operating expenses; FM Area Youth Symphonies, $3,500, general operating expenses; Fargo Park District, $1,750, Classic Music Festival; Fargo Public Schools Development Foundation, $5,000, "Got No Milk" program for low income children; Fraser, Ltd., $10,000, skills enhancement training program; Jamestown (N.D.) College, $7,500, scholarships for students from Cass and Clay counties; Kamp Kace, $2,200, scholarships for children with cancer; Lake Agassiz Girls Choir, $2,500, general operating expenses; The Learning Bank, $3,500, elementary fine art series; Nokomis Child Care Centers, $5,000, general operating expenses; Prairie Public Broadcasting, $2,500, children public affairs programming; Rape and Abuse Crisis Center, $8,890, general operating expenses; Red River Boy Choir, $2,500, general operating expenses; Sharehouse, $10,000, furniture and equipment; TNT Kid's Fitness, $10,000, general operating expenses.
The next grant deadline is Aug. 31. Applications can be obtained by mailing a request to 4152 30th Ave., S., Ste. 102, Fargo, 58104. Grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations within the Fargo-Moorhead area only.
