Roxie Howard has joined the Alisha Ankers Law Office in the Black Building at 119 Broadway, Fargo, as a mediator for North Dakota and Minnesota family law matters.
Mediation will be provided to clients on a sliding fee scale depending on income.
Howard has previous experience working as a mediator and parenting investigator.
