Matt Voltz was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President, Member Services at Town & Country Credit Union. Voltz joined the credit union in October 2018 as Assistant Vice President, Contact Center Manager. During his tenure, Voltz has played a significant role in developing and implementing the credit union’s internal Contact Center which opened this January. Originally from New Hampshire, Voltz earned his BA in business management from Granite State College in Concord, NH and his MBA in general management from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH. Voltz brings over seven years of contact center related experience and is well versed in retail operations and credit analysis. In his new role, Voltz will continue to lead the credit union’s Contact Center along with managing the day-to-day operations of the credit union’s Fargo locations. In this position, he will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to branch level management. His office is located at Town & Country’s 52nd Avenue branch in Fargo.
