Emily Koska, a family nurse practitioner, who specializes in walk-in care, has joined the Essentia Health team and is now seeing patients at the walk-in clinics in Fargo and West Fargo.
“I chose my career in walk-in care because I enjoy the diversity of patients we see each day. I also love the fast-paced environment and helping patients with acute needs,” shares Koska.
“As a provider, the health and wellbeing of my patients are always my top priority. It is my goal to create a welcoming and safe place for my patients to receive high quality care while also considering their personal wishes,” Koska says.
Koska earned her master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Dakota College of Nursing and Professional Disciplines in Grand Forks, N.D. and is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
