West Fargo, ND – The following students are recognized as Western’s 2021 Future Checking Scholarship recipients:
Autumn Kramer (Kindred Public School), attending South Dakota State University this fall.
Ethan Stein (West Fargo), currently attending North Dakota State University. Katherine Busek (Shanley High School), attending University of Jamestown this fall. Rebecca Van Hal (Harwood), currently attending Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Each year, Western awards four $500 scholarships to area students who plan to continue their education at post-secondary institutions. Scholarships are granted to full-time students based on their academic achievements, extracurricular activities and community efforts.
