Serkland Law Firm attorney James Maring has been appointed Honorary Consul for Norway in North Dakota. The duty of the Honorary Consul is to provide assistance and services to Norwegian citizens as well as support diplomatic relations between Norway and our State. Jim has been with Serkland Law Firm since 2014 and his areas of expertise include tax law, business / commercial law, estate planning and probate, and real estate law. He is licensed to practice in North Dakota, Minnesota and Arizona.
