Lend A Hand Up receives Grant from Cullen Children's Foundation
Lend A Hand Up has received a grant in the amount of $30,000 from the Cullen Childrens Foundation to boost funding for Cass and Clay families with children experiencing medical hardship. Since 2008, Lend A Hand Up and caring community members have raised $235,000 to help 76 children battling cancer and other serious health issues. Lend A Hand Up is guided by Dakota Medical Foundation. Boost funding is powered by community support. The Cullen Childrens Foundation provides generous financial resources to organizations that support childrens needs with an emphasis on cancer. Moorhead native and NHL player Matt Cullen and his wife Bridget founded the Cullen Childrens Foundation in 2003.
