Office Sign Company Promotes Grace Nelson to Senior Customer Success Manager

FARGO, ND, May 1, 2019 - Office Sign Company of downtown Fargo has promoted Grace Nelson to Senior Customer Success Manager. Nelson, a native of Fargo, ND, was previously in the role of Customer Success Manager at Office Sign Company. This position allowed her to assist customers with placing orders, field questions about products and services, and act as a point of contact for all customers. Her new role will see her carrying out the primary duties of Customer Success, as well as maintain clients, heighten sale goals, track errors, and aide in the training of new hires to ensure they fit in and feel welcome.
