Office of the Year is awarded each year to the Franchisee who exemplifies Padgett Business Services. The recipient has a successful track record of professionalism, ethical practices, concern for clients and employees, a willingness to help fellow franchisees, and a true desire to help make Padgett better for all.

Padgetts corporate headquarters in Athens, Georgia organizes the tax seminars for Padgett franchise owners from all over the United States. The tax conferences are used as an opportunity to provide training, introduce new products or technologies, set organizational goals, provide an opportunity to meet and learn from other Padgett owners, and, to recognize and celebrate the achievements of top franchise owners.
