FARGO -- Apex Physical Therapy and Wellness has partnered with Dynasty Performance Training to provide physical and massage therapy services at its training facility at 5475 51st Ave S.

Apex Physical Therapy staff will offer physical therapy services Monday through Friday and massage therapy will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

"Whether your needs are centered around rehabilitation after surgery or injury, chronic pain management, or therapeutic massage, our team is ready to help. With our background as a wellness clinic, our therapists can also offer valuable advice on injury prevention," according to a statement from Apex announcing the partnership effective June 1.

Former North Dakota State University Bison Football teammates Cole Jirik and Christian Dudzik opened Dynasty Performance Training in the spring of 2016. At the time, Jirik said their programs would be based on what they learned from Bison head strength and conditioning coach Jim Kramer as well as their experiences training for the NFL after college.

Today, the business welcomes any type of athlete looking to advance their performance or fitness. The staff at Dynasty strives to "build a total athlete with customized workouts, proper lifting and running techniques, injury prevention exercises, and a fiery atmosphere," according to the partnership announcement.
