How do you define customer service?
“We strive to be more than just a car dealership. Customer service is being a positive influence throughout our community, both in our facility and outside of our facility,” Case Muscatell said. “The Fargo-Moorhead community has supported us throughout our journey. We feel it is our responsibility to reciprocate that support by giving customers a great experience in the store and giving back wherever we see an opportunity in the community.”
What do customers enjoy most about what you do?
“We strive to take an honest and straightforward approach to customer interaction. When customers walk in, they appreciate seeing so many familiar faces, many of which have been with us for decades,” Muscatell said.
