How do your employees play a role in customer service?
“The core of our existence is based on our … employees,” Owner Eric Baker said. “The last few years, we have had a really good core group of established, experienced people who have been with us for a number of years. But interestingly enough, we do seasonally hire a lot of people. … There are a lot of young people excited about gardening.”
What would you say to the customers after they voted Baker as having the best customer service in home and garden?
“A whole-heartedly thank you, of course!” Baker said.
