“It feels great, especially coming out of the whole COVID pandemic…that’s a nice little win for us to have,” Sales Manager Brandon Clouse said. “We battled some long wait times on product coming in, but our customers stuck with us and it just gives us the reassurance that we’re doing things right.”
What sets you apart from competitors?
Clouse said HOM’s customer service sets his store apart from the competition. “We’ll do whatever we have to do to take care of a customer and make them happy,” he said.
