It's been a big year for Park Co. Realtors as they moved their offices from downtown Fargo to 4170 41st Ave. S. in south Fargo on March 1 and being named best real estate company.
Owner and President Jill Carlson and her 70 full-time, independent contractor sales associates cover the Fargo-Moorhead metro area as well as numerous smaller communities in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Carlson highlights the company, with its long history in the city dating back 63 years, is a passionate one.

"We are all about service and providing as stress-free real estate transaction as possible," says Carlson, who purchased the company last year. "We are very passionate about providing excellent service."
She underlined it was "so exciting" to receive the honor as it "validates everything we are trying to do."
"It's really been an exciting year with the move," she says. "We didn't take our move from downtown lightly but we like being in the growing area of town and where the majority of our clients live."
Personally, as the owner, Carlson said what she enjoys most is serving the public and clients and also helping her sales associates be successful.
"Their success is my happiness," she said.
