How does it feel to be named the best ribs restaurant in Fargo-Moorhead?

“We’re incredibly honored to have won this award for the second year in a row. We put a lot of time and effort into our small business. It feels amazing to see that people recognize that and enjoy the product we produce,” Events Coordinator Brianna Henrichs-Arnold said.

What sets you apart from competitors?

“Everyone has their own take and taste when it comes to barbecue. We’ve worked hard within the almost five years of being open to find what works best for us and our customers’ taste buds,” Henrichs-Arnold said. “We smoke our award-winning baby back ribs, brisket, turkey, and pork fresh daily. The flavorful food paired with our family-friendly atmosphere is thoroughly enjoyed by our customers.”

Our newsroom occasionally reports stories under a byline of "staff." Often, the "staff" byline is used when rewriting basic news briefs that originate from official sources, such as a city press release about a road closure, and which require little or no reporting. At times, this byline is used when a news story includes numerous authors or when the story is formed by aggregating previously reported news from various sources. If outside sources are used, it is noted within the story.
