“Spitfire would not exist if it wasn’t for our wonderful, loyal customers,” Co-owner Tim Olson said. “Nothing is better than knowing they enjoy Spitfire enough to keep coming back and to have voted us the best restaurant in West Fargo again this year. This is what makes our customers the best.”
What makes what you do special customers? How do you define customer service?
“At Spitfire, we do everything we can to make our customer’s dining experience the very best that we can,” Olson said. “We strive to provide excellent service, exceptional food and a warm, inviting environment. This is our definition of customer service.”
