Donna Holm to retire from U.S. Bank
Donna Holm, Fargo, will retire from U.S. Bank next week after 39 years of service.
She started her banking career at Dakota Bank in 1973 as a customer service officer and consumer loan officer.
After the merger of First Bank and U.S. Bank, Holm continued to work as a sales associate and personal banker and, most recently, was a mortgage underwriter and mortgage associate with the U.S. Bank home mortgage division.
David Martin to speak at FMHRA luncheon

David K. Martin, retired president and chief executive officer of the Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead, will discuss developing and enhancing public speaking and public presentation skills at the Fargo Moorhead Human Resource Association educational luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 4 at the Ramada Plaza and Suites, Fargo.
Martin currently is corporate vice president for community relations for Choice Financial Group.

ND Chamber to host Alaska cruise meetings
The North Dakota Chamber of Commerce will host informational meetings regarding its upcoming Alaska cruise-tour.
The trip, planned in partnership with Satrom Travel, will be Sept. 11-21, 2013.
The meeting schedule includes:
- Sept. 10: noon to 1 p.m., Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce, (lunch provided); 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., North Dakota Chamber of Commerce, Bismarck.

Two credit management affiliates merge
Two longtime National Association of Credit Management regional affiliates have merged.
Forius NACM North Central, based in Minneapolis, and NACM Fargo-Moorhead have joined and Forius will now provide the administrative activities required to manage and grow the combined regional association.
Shelley Finney, credit manager at Wallwork Truck Center, is the board chairwoman of NACM Fargo-Moorhead.

Forius will host a meeting for members and non-members from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Doublewood Inn, Fargo. The topic of the meeting will be "Credit Cards and Emerging Technologies."
