AgCountry board declares dividend

The AgCountry Farm Credit Services board of directors declared a $10.6 million cash patronage dividend based on 2013 earnings. The dividend will be distributed to members in March.

AgCountry's patronage program grants the board the ability to distribute a portion of the association's net income to its member-owners when financial conditions allow for it.

Ag summit planned in Jamestown Jan. 20-21

The Red River Valley Research Corridor and North Dakota Farmers Union will host the third annual Precision Agriculture Action Summit Jan. 20-21 at the North Dakota Farmers Union Conference Center in Jamestown.

Industry experts and producers will give presentations about technological application and demonstrate methods for successful implementation, which can impact farming costs and efficiencies.

Lodging Opportunity Fund buys hotel

Lodging Opportunity Fund, a private real estate investment trust, has purchased the Country Inn & Suites in Plymouth, Minn.
