FARGO — Capital Credit Union will break ground on a second Fargo branch at 3216 Veterans Boulevard S., at 11 a.m. Monday, May 6.
Construction will begin this spring, with a projected opening date in early 2020.
Capital Credit Union's first Fargo branch at 4900 13th Ave. S. opened in 2012 after a merger with Noridian Employees Credit Union.
Originally chartered in North Dakota in 1936, Capital Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by its more than 30,000 members and overseen by a member-elected board of directors.
