Bank of the West donates to skills project
The North Dakota State College of Science Skills Development Project has received a $2,500 donation from Bank of the West.
The funds will be used to assist new Americans and underemployed individuals gain self-sufficient standards of living for themselves and their families.
Jail & Bail raises funds for March of Dimes
The March of Dimes Jail & Bail event held July 25 in the Fargo area raised more than $25,000 to fund educational and research programs of the March of Dimes.

After community volunteers were "arrested" and jailed, they had to call friends, family and co-workers to raise bail in the form of donations to the March of Dimes.
