Crystal Coverstone has been promoted to dietary super-visor for Elim Rehab andCare Center, Fargo.
She had been working as sous chef for two years in the dietary department.
Coverstone previously worked as office manager at the Heritage Hjemkomst Interpretive Center, Moorhead, was a financial/administrative manager for the North Dakota Air National Guard, and also worked as a financial aid officer for a school in Bloomington, Minn.
