Heartbeat International, an interdenominational Christian association of pregnancy resource centers, maternity homes, non-profit adoption agencies and medical clinics, has honored Pauline and George Economon who have operated FirstChoice Clinic in Fargo since 2001.

Pauline serves as executive director of the clinic and George serves as special projects director.
