Essentia Health in Fargo has hired physician assistant Phillip Dewey in the orthopedic and sports medicine department at the 32nd Avenue campus.
He is a native of Jamestown, N.D., and received a master of physician assistant studies degree from Rocky Mountain College, Billings, Mont. He is certified through the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.
As an orthopedic provider, Dewey specializes in conditions affecting the hand, wrist and elbow. He will be working with Essentia hand and wrist surgeon Dr. David Beard.
