FARGO — The Foundation for Agriculture, Rural Resources Management and Sustainability (FARRMS) will hold a "Farm Dreams" workshop online from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 8 and 15.
The workshop is for anyone who aspires to start a farm, ranch or local food business. Students will clarify what motivates them to farm, put their vision on paper, inventory their strengths and training needs, and get perspective from experienced North Dakota farmers.
The two-part workshop is free of charge. Register by visiting www.farrms.org . During the workshop, students get to know like-minded individuals who dream of farming, want to learn about goal setting, discuss their hopes and plans, and meet experienced farmers who daily navigate the challenges and rewards of farming.
