FARGO -- MPX Fitness owner and MMA fighter Mariah Prussia will take her personal training and education platform on the road in 2019.
On Jan. 1, Prussia began providing individual and group personal training services, nutrition, specialty classes and courses at Core Fitness, 2424 13th Ave. S. She has also extended her specialty kickboxing classes and self-defense courses at Courts Plus Fitness Center, 3491 University Drive S.
MPX Fitness opened in 2007 as Xtreme Measures with a mission of "empowering women one rep at a time, one voice at a time." Over the years, Prussia built on her personal training background to offer additional services such as nutrition classes, mixed martial arts, self-defense courses and more. In 2016, Prussia changed the business name and moved to its current location at 3955 40th Ave. S. According to a press release, Prussia is partnering with other facilities in order to "create a platform to reach the masses."
