Norman Leslie, president and chief operating officers of National Hospitality Services, and Carol A. Johnson, general manager of the Ramada Plaza and Suites and director of operations, National Hospitality Services, accepted the award at the Wyndham Hotel Group global conference in September in Las Vegas.
