North Dakota Farmers Union Insurance, Jamestown, N.D., has named Doug Kleingartner of Fargo as one of the top five new production agents for life insurance and commercial insurance during November for the state of North Dakota.
Rick Lebahn of West Fargo was the top new production agent for annuities during the same time period.
