FARGO - Foss Swim School is planning to be up and splashing in the former Best Buy building next to the West Acres mall by mid-October, a company official confirmed Wednesday, Sept. 11.

Preview times will be held from Oct. 10-12 so that students can be evaluated to determine what level classes they should start in, Site Director Hannah Lindeman said.

A grand opening celebration and open house will be held 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 13., said Lindeman, confirming information posted on Facebook.

“The 13th will be an easy-going family swim,” Lindeman said.

The free event will also include facility tours, refreshments, special offers, activities and giveaways, and a craft table and other family friendly activities.
