Goldmark Property Management of Fargo has promoted Brian Benscoter to regional manager for Des Moines, Iowa, and Omaha, Neb., Kristen Sullivan to area manager, Laura Torgerson to property manager of the Sunwood site office and Maria Reinhiller to property manager at the Luxford Court site office, both in Fargo.
Benscoter has worked for the company for over 10 years and was most recently an area manager in Fargo. He will continue his direct management responsibility for the Fargo commercial portfolio.
Sullivan joined Goldmark in 2006 and was most recently property manager at the Sunwood site.
Torgerson was hired in 2006 as a leasing specialist and was most recently property manager at the Luxford site. Reinhiller was hired earlier this year as a property manager in Fargo.
