Fremstad, Brasel join The Marcil Group

Joel Fremstad has been hired as general counsel and vice president of human resources for The Marcil Group, Fargo.

Daryl Brasel has joined the company's accounting department as assistant controller.

Prior to joining The Marcil Group, Fremstad was a partner with Nilles Law Firm, Fargo, legislative counsel to Congressman Earl Pomeroy, D-N.D., and a law clerk for the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Fremstad is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law, Grand Forks.

Brasel is a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor with more than 15 years of accounting and internal audit experience. He is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead. Fremstad, Brasel join The Marcil Group 20080105
