Patrick Gallagher has joined Fraser, Ltd. in Fargo as the director of human resources.
He graduated from Prescott (Ariz.) College and earned a master's degree from the University of Mary, Fargo. He co-owns and previously managed Corporate Adventures, a regional training and development firm, from 2002 to 2010.
