Eric Halvorson, Bell State Bank and Trust senior vice president/business banking officer at the branch at 3100 13th Ave. S., Fargo, was awarded a diploma on Aug. 23 from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Instruction at the school takes place during two-week resident sessions for three consecutive summers, along with study between summer sessions.
The curriculum focuses on the management of strategic issues faced by banking executives and financial services industry professionals.
