Paygen Alexander Harding, Hitterdal, Minn., has been elected to the Lake Region Arts Council board of directors.
Harding graduated from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, and is a literary artist, published author and has received editing/indexing Excellence Awards by the Coalition of Visionary Retailers at the 1999 and 2000 International New Age Trade Show.
She has a volunteer history with arts organizations as a grant writer and administrator, publicity coordinator and recently attended an artist development workshop by Springboard for the Arts.
