First Community Credit Union has promoted Fran Heitkamp to vice president of the east region.
He will oversee credit union branches in Valley City, Oakes, Milnor, Fargo, Wahpeton and Hankinson, all in North Dakota.
Heitkamp has been with FCCU for two years and has 30 years of sales and lending experience.
