Coldwell Banker First Realty in Fargo has hired Nate Callens as director of marketing, and Michael White and Kirk Carlson as sales associates.
Callens has more than 12 years of marketing and graphic design experience. He previously worked for Sign Pro, Border States Electric and Boss Design and Sign, all of Fargo. He has also owned and operated Boss DJ Services since 2004, specializing in wedding entertainment and karaoke. He graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in mass communications.
White is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota and was previously with Marx Estate-Household Sales, where he specialized in property appraisals.
Carlson is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. He has worked nearly 20 years as a funeral director for West Funeral Home of West Fargo and Casselton, N.D. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in mortuary science.

Katie Shequen has been promoted to manager of durable medical equipment medical review at Noridian Administrative Services, Fargo.

William Nganje has joined the North Dakota State University department of agribusiness and applied economics as department chairman and professor.
Nganje was previously an associate professor of agribusiness finance at Arizona State University's Morrison School of Management and Agribusiness-WP Carey School of Business. He was also an assistant and associate professor in the NDSU Agribusiness and Applied Economics Department

Sylvester has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a master's degree in business administration from North Dakota State University. She was previously a controller at Precision Equipment Manufacturing. Sylvester is also a major in the North Dakota Army National Guard with more than 23 years of service.
King graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a social work degree. She previously worked at Barnes County (N.D.) Social Services.
Eberhardt received a bachelor's degree in social work from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She previously worked as a social worker in Sargent and Ransom counties of North Dakota.
