Hornbacher's has promoted Jenn Weisgram to district manager and Brenda Richman has been named human resources manager.
Weisgram has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Mary, Bismarck, and a bachelor's degree from Luther College, Decorah, Iowa. She has been with Hornbacher's since 2003.
Richman earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Mary and a bachelor's degree in communications from Northwestern College, St. Paul. She began her career with Hornbacher's in 2006.
Onsharp hires Jensen for director position

Pediatric dentist joins Holman practice

Trout grew up in western Nebraska and graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Wyo-ming. He attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and graduated in 2007.
He practiced general dentistry for four years before pursuing specialty training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
Johnson named VP with JHS Capital

First Community Credit Union of Fargo has hired Tony Walz as a consumer loan officer. Walz is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in business economics.
He has more than 12 years of personal lending and mortgage experience and previously worked as an account manager for APAC at Microsoft.

Spicy Pie promotes two to general manager
Jared Puttbrese has been promoted to general manager of the Spicy Pie store in downtown Fargo and Becca Henninger has been promoted to general manager of the location at North Dakota State University.
Puttbrese has been with Spicy Pie for two years as a supervisor. He previously held positions in customer service at eHarmony, PRACS Institute and OfficeMax.
Henninger has been with Spicy Pie since January. She has also worked in customer service at U.S. Bank and Serco for the past nine years.
Dakota Carrier Network names Arndorfer CEO
Seth Arndorfer has been named the new CEO of the Dakota Carrier Network. He will take over for Evan Hass, who will retire in September.
Arndorfer has more than 15 years of experience working with DCN and its owner companies and currently serves as business development manager.
Arndorfer will be located at DCN's new network operations center in Bismarck.
Intelligent InSites hires Hahn, Wilkinson
