Bell State Bank promotes Frankenberger
Susie Frankenberger has been promoted to cash management online support team lead at Bell State Bank & Trust, 3100 13th Ave. S., Fargo.
Originally from Evansville, Ind., Frankenberger completed various banking courses through the American Institute of Banking and Stephens College, and earned the designation of Accredited ACH Professional in 2012. She has worked in banking for 30 years, in both operations and sales, and recently rejoined Bell State Bank & Trust after moving back to the region.
Triplett, Miller promoted at BCBSND
Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota in Fargo has promoted Lindsay Triplett to manager of the business project management office, and Sheri Miller has been promoted to manager of quality assurance.

Triplett began her BCBSND career in 2008 as an e-learning specialist in corporate training. In 2009, she was promoted to project manager in development and business strategies, followed by a promotion in 2010 to team lead. She earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and communications and a master's degree in management, both from University of Mary, Bismarck. She also holds the Project Management Professional certification.
Miller has worked at BCBSND since 1988, first as an information analyst for a Medicare medical patterns of care reimbursement research project. She was promoted to corporate training facilitator in training and then to corporate training team leader. In 2006, she transferred to development analyst/project coordinator in development and business strategies. In 2007, she was promoted to senior development analyst/project coordinator in the same department. She transferred to quality assurance team leader in quality assurance in 2008. Miller earned a bachelor's degree in information management from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. She also holds the Project Management Professional certification.
Youth hockey group hires Gramer
Rob Gramer has joined the Moorhead Youth Hockey Association as the organization's first executive director. Gramer is a Moorhead native and a MYHA alumnus.
He has volunteered at MYHA for the past 12 years in various leadership roles. Before coming to MYHA, Gramer worked for RJ Energy Solutions, Avenue Right and Anycollege.com. He graduated from Concordia College with a bachelor's degree in business and a minor in office administration.
Chaput hired as content strategist
Absolute Marketing Group, Fargo, has hired Anthony Chaput as content strategist. Chaput has a bachelor's degree in public relations and advertising, with a minor in management communications, from North Dakota State University.

Originally from Wahpeton, N.D., Mumm graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in business administration and attended the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. She has 18 years of experience in the financial industry.

Four new employees at Patterson Dental
Patterson Dental in Fargo has hired Jared Bye as branch manager, Seth Zak as operations manager and Aaron Remer and Brian Swenson as service technicians.
Bye previously lived in Grand Rapids, Mich., where he was an account executive with Delta Medical Systems. His experiences also include team sales management with Bite Tech Inc., Minneapolis. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Zak served in the U.S. Army for six years and earned degrees in psychology from California Coast University. He also has financial management and social science degrees from Upper Iowa University and Indiana University. He has worked in various levels of administration and operations, most recently as the logistics supervisor for a local shipping company.
Remer previously worked in flooring and electrical for over six years in the Alexandria, Minn., area.
Swenson will provide technical support to the Bismarck and western North Dakota areas. He previously worked as an electrician and owned Capital City Motor Works for 13 years.
Jorgensen joins First International Insurance
