Fargo’s Flint Group hires four employees
Flint Group, Fargo, has hired Jordan Houselog as account coordinator, Katie Dauwen as account coordinator, Jen Herbrandson as media planner and Jennifer Hicks as project manager to serve the company’s Midwest network of full-service communication and marketing offices.
Houselog earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Previously, Houselog worked as business development manager for Office Signs Co., Fargo.
Dauwen earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from North Dakota State University. She previously worked as a marketing consultant at Fargo-based Professional Advantage.
Herbrandson earned an associate degree of applied science from Interstate Business College. Previously, she was employed at Wallwork as an executive assistant and marketing analyst.
Hicks earned a bachelor’s degree from MSUM in mass communications. Previously, she worked in the marketing department at Scheels’ corporate offices in Fargo.
Absolute Insurance hires Beiningen
Absolute Insurance Agency, West Fargo, has hired Garrett Beiningen as an agent/producer.
Beiningen earned degrees in business management, marketing and sales from Minnesota State Community and Technical College. He is licensed in both property/casualty and life/health insurance.
Gate City Bank promotes two
Gate City Bank, Fargo, has promoted Kim Bossert and Lance Dolezal to assistant vice presidents.
Bossert has been employed at Gate City Bank for 15 years and is currently the mortgage lending origination assistant supervisor at the corporate office.
Dolezal has been employed at Gate City Bank since 2008 and is currently the check operations supervisor at the corporate office.
Buechler joins Lexstar real estate firm
Alicia Buechler has joined the real estate team of Lexstar, Fargo.
Buechler earned a degree in business management with an emphasis in sales and marketing from North Dakota State University. She has more than 10 years of experience in diversified sales, marketing and business development.
Deckmasters hires Haberer
Deckmasters, Fargo, has hired Dave Haberer as a fencing manager. He will also head up the sport court and awning division.
Haberer has 27 years of experience with interior and exterior finish carpentry installation and design.
Jensen joins O’Keeffe O’Brien Lyson Foss
Annie Jensen has joined the Fargo law firm of O’Keeffe O’Brien Lyson Foss. As an associate, her focus is on general litigation.
Jensen graduated from North Dakota State University and from the University of North Dakota School of Law, Grand Forks. She clerked for four years for Judge Donna Dixon in Roseau and Kittson counties and for a district court representing a six-county area in northwest Minnesota. She is licensed in Minnesota and Colorado.

AgCountry Farm Credit Services, Fargo, has hired Tara Johnson as a financial services support technician.
Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bemidji (Minn.) State University.

Apex Engineering Group, Fargo, has hired Adam Wahler as an electrical engineer.
Wahler earned a degree in electrical engineering from North Dakota State University. Previously, he worked at Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services and Ulteig.
White Earth Tribal College hires Rustad
Melinda Rustad has been hired as dean of student services at White Earth Tribal and Community College, Mahnomen, Minn.
Rustad earned a doctorate of education in interdisciplinary leadership. She began her career teaching seventh-grade language arts at Hawley (Minn.) Public Schools. Rustad then became dean of faculty at Minnesota School of Business/Globe University, Moorhead, eventually taking on the positions of interim dean of students, dean of education and campus director.
She then became curriculum development coordinator at Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
Vanity corporate hires 1, promotes 1
Kate Reed has joined Vanity’s corporate office in Fargo as operations and fIeld recruitment specialist in the operations department. Reed has administrative experience from Northern Technologies and RDO Irrigation. She has an associate degree in human resources from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
Elizabeth Eiler has been promoted to payroll coordinator in the payroll/HR department. Eiler has been employed with Vanity since 2015 and most recently held the position of HR file clerk. She has an associate degree in human resources from MSCTC.
Duval joins Brad’s Coffee Service
Kerry Duval has joined Brad’s Coffee Service of West Fargo as a route sales representative.
Duval has 12 years of coffee route sales experience.
Zerr Berg Architects hires Kernosky, Olson
Zerr Berg Architects, Fargo, has hired Amanda Kernosky as an interior designer and Maria Olson as a project manager.
Kernosky earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the Art Institute International Minnesota, and Olson earned a master’s degree in architecture from North Dakota State University.
Severson, Wogsland, Liebl adds attorney
Lee Grossman, Fargo, has joined Severson, Wogsland and Liebl as an associate attorney. His primary areas of practice are business and commercial law and civil litigation.
Grossman earned bachelor’s degrees in history and political science from Concordia College. He attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, Grand Forks, concentrating on trial advocacy courses. Previously, he was a prosecutor for eight years, including four years as Barnes County (N.D.) state’s attorney.
Hruby, Moen join insurance firm
Taylor Hruby and Matt Moen have joined First International Insurance, 4554 38th Ave. S., Fargo. Hruby is an agent trainee with a focus on business insurance.Originally from Wilton, N.D., he attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and has one year of financial service experience.
Moen is a personal lines customer service representative. He has 12 years of prior experience in hotel operations and management. A graduate of the University of Mary, Bismarck, Moen is pursuing a master’s degree with an executive concentration.
Three promoted at Discovery Benefits
Discovery Benefits in Fargo has promoted Karissa Hofer to senior account manager-COBRA/billing solutions, Kyle Kraemer to account manager-benefits and Vanessa Torvik to account manager-COBRA/custom billing solutions.
Hofer joined Discovery Benefits in 2014 as a benefits account specialist and was later promoted to account manager-benefits. Hofer graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in business and public health.
Kraemer joined Discovery Benefits in 2014 as a benefits account specialist. Prior to joining the company, Kraemer worked as the peewee hockey coach with the Moorhead Youth Hockey Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College in health care administration.
Torvik joined Discovery Benefits in 2014 as a benefits account specialist. Prior to joining Discovery Benefits, Torvik worked as a salon manager at Palm Beach Tan. She earned an associate degree in business, management, marketing and sales from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
Four new employees at RDO Fargo
Kate Goff, Alexander Kulikov, Eric Sterling and Kirsten Yeado have joined the RDO Equipment Co. Fargo Field Support Office.
Goff joined as human resources coordinator. She has a degree from Michigan State University and previously worked in human resources at Macy’s.
Kulikov was hired as a financial analyst. He graduated from State University of Management in Moscow. He most recently worked at Yamal LNG, a liquefied natural gas producer in Moscow.
Sterling joins as a graphic designer. He is a South Dakota State University graduate and previously worked at Office Sign Co. He has 12 years of experience in graphic design.
Yeado was hired a safety specialist. She has a degree from University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and most recently was a safety trainer and coordinator in the western North Dakota oil fields.
