Two new providers at Essentia Health

Brittani Boehlke, a physician assistant, has joined the Essentia Health Cancer Center in Fargo, and Theresa Strong, a neonatal nurse practitioner, has joined the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Essentia Health, Fargo.

Boehlke earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of South Dakota, Vermilion.

Strong has more than 27 years of experience caring for newborns in intensive care units. She earned a neonatal nurse practitioner degree from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.

Ness hired as land surveyor with Mead & Hunt

Jason Ness has joined Mead & Hunt as a land surveyor in North Dakota and western Minnesota for the aviation, transportation and municipal markets and as an independent service provider.

Ness has more than eight years of experience in land surveying and was recently elected secretary and a board member of the North Dakota Society of Professional Land Surveyors. He has a bachelor's degree in land surveying from St. Cloud (Minn.) State University and an associate degree as a civil engineering technician from the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton.

Mead & Hunt is based in Middleton, Wis., and has been providing surveying services for more than 80 years.

Western Products hires roof specialist

Matt Lehman has been hired as a roofing specialist for Western Products, Fargo.

Lehman has more than 15 years of experience in the home improvement industry, specializing in metal and asphalt roofing systems. He also previously owned his own roofing company.

American Crystal promotes Fletcher

Daniel Fletcher has been promoted to shift administrator at American Crystal Sugar Co.'s factory in Hillsboro, N.D.

Fletcher attended the University of Minnesota-Crookston, and has worked for ACSC since 2012 in various positions.

Two promoted at General Equipment and Supplies

General Equipment and Supplies, Fargo, has promoted Jason Mahrer to technical trainer and Curtis Brown to accounting manager.

Mahrer was previously the service manager at General Equipment and Supplies. He has also held the positions of technician, field technician and foreman in his 18 years with the company. He served for over six years in the military, and graduated from the diesel technician program at the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton.

Brown was previously an inventory control specialist and a credit analyst. Prior to joining General Equipment and Supplies, he was a credit analyst with Sysco Foods. He earned a bachelor's degree at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, majoring in finance and business, and an associate degree in accounting at Rasmussen College.

Lakes & Prairies agency hires one, promotes one

Lakes & Prairies Community Action, Moorhead, has hired Liz Burns as the Head Start early childhood education/special services manager, and Kristin Phillips has been promoted to director of the agency's Head Start program.

Burns has 10 years of early childhood education experience. Phillips previously worked as the agency's Head Start education/special services manager.

VISIONBank hires one, promotes two

VISIONBank in Fargo has hired Sirena Aris as an operations assistant, and has promoted Anna Pangrac to teller supervisor and Brittany Cameron to lead teller.

Aris has two years of experience in banking, most recently as a customer service representative at Wells Fargo. Prior to that she was a sales/customer service rep at Corwin Toyota, Fargo. She is originally from Beirut, Lebanon, and received a bachelor's degree in business administration from The American University of Beirut.

Pangrac joined VISIONBank in 2010 and has seven years of experience in banking, most recently as lead teller. She is originally from Howard Lake, Minn., and graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in sociology.

Cameron joined VISIONBank as a teller/customer service representative in 2014. She is originally from Dilworth and graduated from MSUM with a bachelor's degree in sociology. She also received a master's degree in natural resources management from North Dakota State University.

Settel promoted at Gate City Bank

Gate City Bank has promoted Kim Settel to personal lending manager at the bank's corporate office in downtown Fargo. Settel has been with Gate City Bank since 2013 and was previously the personal lending assistant manager.

She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in mass communications.

BCBSND hires one, promotes two

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota has hired Leslie Wietstock as director of reimbursement in the Health Network Innovation division. Shelly Stalpes has been promoted to director of the Customer Contact Center and Nichoel Klinghagen has been named manager of the Claims Service Units.

Wietstock previously worked as controller at the University of Mary, Bismarck. He also has more than 27 years of health care industry experience, primarily in areas focused on finance, having previously served as chief financial officer of the Sanford Health Network North in Fargo. Wietstock earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Dickinson (N.D.) State University. He also earned a master's degree in administration from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant.

Stalpes has been with BCBS for 27 years and has served as manager of Claims Service Units for the past seven years. From 1992 through 2008, she was team leader of the Claims Service Units, which included North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System, Federal Employee Program, dental, vision, the Preferred Provider Organization and the Bismarck Service Office. Stalpes received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

Klinghagen joined BCBSND in 1999 and has held several positions, most recently manager of Blue Card Operations and Claims Training. She received an associate degree in commercial/graphic art from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead.

Schirado promoted to accounting coordinator

Shirley Schirado has been promoted to shareholder accounting coordinator at American Crystal Sugar Co.'s corporate office in Moorhead.

She graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College with a degree in accounting. Schirado has been with ACSC for 22 years and has held different positions, most recently as capital assets coordinator. She also has experience in the banking industry.

Hanneman joins Chronos as analyst

Danielle Hanneman has joined Chronos Square Capital Management, Fargo, as a financial analyst. Originally from Breckenridge, Minn., she is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in finance.

Prior to joining Chronos Square, Hanneman was a customer service representative at BlackRidgeBANK in Fargo.

Yerisov new financial representative for Northwestern Mutual

Kristina Yerisov, Fargo, has been appointed financial representative by Northwestern Mutual, Fargo. She will be associated with Northwestern Mutual Gores Network, Fargo.

Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Yerisov was a claims adjudicator at Seige Enterprises, Fargo. She is a native of Fargo, where she received a bachelor's degree in human development family science and child development from North Dakota State University.

Corelink names new president, CEO

CoreLink Administrative Solutions, Fargo, has named Susan Courtney as its new president and chief executive officer.

Binfet hired as outreach coordinator

The Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Red River Valley, Fargo, has hired Kelly Binfet as its community outreach coordinator.

Binfet graduated from Concordia College with a degree in English. She has previous experience in event planning, cooperative education and digital marketing.

Noridian hires learning, development manager

John Cass has joined Noridian Mutual Insurance Co., Fargo, as manager of learning and organizational development.

Cass has extensive experience in training and development and was previously with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in Charlotte, N.C., where he coordinated training events and trained thousands of individuals in 39 countries. Most recently he served as BGEA's director of Internet evangelism.

He is a graduate of Northwestern University, Roseville, Minn., with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He earned a master's degree in organizational management and leadership development from Capella University, Minneapolis.

Dacotah Paper Co., Fargo, has hired Kelly Burke as the human resources director.

Burke previously worked as the HR front office supervisor at Interstate Assembly Systems, Fargo.

Erickson has been an electrician for 27 years and is from Kindred, N.D.

Robert Kupfer, Detroit Lakes, Minn., has been hired by the North Dakota General Office of New York Life in Fargo as an agent for the company.

Two promoted at Border States Electric

Border States Electric, Fargo, has promoted Tammy Korkowski to information technology project management office manager and Marti Jensen to human resources employee relations/recruiting manager.

Korkowski joined BSE in 2013 and was the IT project management supervisor prior to this promotion. Jensen has been with BSE since 2008 and was previously the company's human resources employee relations supervisor.

Ulteig hires Aldridge as CADD tech

Ulteig has hired Chris Aldridge as a computer-aided drafting and design technician in the substation department. He previously worked as a sales engineer for Therm-Air Sales in Fargo.

Aldridge has an associate degree from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Detroit Lakes.

Piatz has more than 17 years of experience in the technology industry providing technology and business guidance for organizations across many industries, including manufacturing, architecture and engineering, insurance, utilities, municipalities and financial institutions. She has extensive training in customer service and project management and is a manager of Eide Bailly's technology consulting client account management and marketing teams.

Mac's hires Ostby as purchasing director

Ostby has over 17 years of buying leadership experience from Coloplast Corp. and Otter Tail Corp. He most recently was supply chain manager at Swanson Health Products. He has a bachelor's degree in social sciences from North Dakota State University.

Domitrovich leads Houston Engineering's new service

Houston Engineering now offers urban and community planning. It will be led by Michael Domitrovich, who was hired as an urban and community planning services director, working out of the Fargo office.

Domitrovich has more than 35 years of experience in municipal and land planning, 22 of them working for the city of Fargo. He graduated from North Dakota State University, earning a bachelor's degree in architectural studies, specializing in urban development.
