Fargo's Phoenix International, A John Deere Co., has hired Folly Kouvahes, Genevieve Meneses and Ismail Dini as production specialists.
Michelle Edenborg has been promoted to accounting supervisor and Jeff Duppong to senior mechanical design engineer.
Edenborg has been an employee of Phoenix International and John Deere since 2005 and previously worked as a tax analyst.
Duppong has worked for the company since 2005 and was previously a mechanical design engineer.

Essentia Health promotes Jacobson
Essentia Health has promoted Peter Jacobson to president of Essentia Health St. Mary's Detroit Lakes, Minn., and senior vice president of the Essentia Health West Region-Minnesota market.
Jacobson joined Essentia in 2008 as vice president and then as senior vice president of clinic and regional operations for Innovis Health and now Essentia Health-West Region.
He has more than 20 years of senior health care leadership experience gained through his past positions with critical-access hospitals, community hospitals and multi-state integrated health systems.

Adam is a graduate of Mayville (N.D.) State University with a business administration degree with specializations in banking, finance and real estate. He was previously employed at First Community Credit Union in Portland, N.D.
Priebe was previously employed at Wells Fargo with Banker Connection and has more than three years of banking experience.
Domres has 10 years of experience in the financial industry. She graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science earning in Wahpeton with an associate's degree in business management.

Essentia Health hires plastic surgeon
Essentia Health has hired Dr. Farooq Shahzad in its newly established plastic surgery department at the 32nd Avenue campus in Fargo.
Dr. Shahzad received his medical degree from Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed surgery residencies at West Virginia University School of Medicine. Morgantown, Oregon Health and Science University, Portland, and Washington University, St. Louis.
He specializes in cleft lip and palate, craniofacial surgery, pediatric plastic surgery, facial trauma, cosmetic and general reconstructive surgery.
Toy promoted at First International Insurance

Daniel Toy has been promoted to vice president and insurance manager of First International Insurance, Fargo.
He will oversee operations for 12 offices in North Dakota, Minnesota and Arizona.
Toy joined First International in 2010. He is a licensed agent in North Dakota, Minnesota, Arizona and Ohio and is a graduate of Franklin University in Ohio with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He earned a master's degree in business administration from Touro University.
Prior to his insurance career, he served with the U.S. Army and retired after 20 years of service.
Noridian Mutual hires one, promotes one
Noridian Mutual Insurance Co., Fargo, has hired Tony Tardugno as executive vice president of technology services and Denise Kolpack was named chief of staff. She will also continue in her role as vice president of corporate communications.
Tardugno has 25 years of international information technology experience. He recently served as senior vice president and chief information officer of Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Rochester, N.Y. He has a bachelor's degree in computer science from State University of New York at Oswego.
Kolpack joined Noridian in 2006 as assistant vice president of corporate communications and was promoted to vice president in 2007. Prior to joining Noridian, she was donor recruitment director with United Blood Services, Bismarck. She is a graduate of University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and has a bachelor's degree in marketing and political science.

Olson promoted to VP for physician services
Essentia Health has promoted Kristine Olson to vice president for physician services for the entire Essentia Health system.
Olson has spent the past several years serving as regional vice president of quality, marketing and physician services for the western facilities of the Essentia system.
Olson will be based in Fargo, but her responsibilities will span the entire Essentia health system.
